Subscriptions cannot be terminated before the end of the 12-month period. To cancel your subscription, kindly email us at hello@urbanaccess.io before your renewal date, which occurs at the end of your 12-month period.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We strive to provide the best service possible, but once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable.
